With bespoke designs, manufacturing time frames vary depending on scale and intricacy, (This will always be discussed with you prior to ordering).

During production we endeavour to keep our customers informed through out. Where we are able, we like to provide regular updates (including photos, illustrations of the on-going creation of your order).

As a customer, if you would like regular progress reports we make these available to you here via order tracking.

At the point of your order, ask us about order tracking, if we can provide this for your order, we will give you a tracking number and password to a private area where we upload information about your order.
