French Farmhouse gates circa 1910 Code: ws-10278.

Extremely heavy gates with wide detailed posts of square section.

Craftsman built, these gates are constructed in a manner similar to joinery work. Vertical bars are dropped through square holes punched through the horizontal sections. Upper scrolling ornament of substantial section is secured with large rivets and thick collars. Extremely heavy, these 12ft width gates weigh in the region of 350 kilos per leaf.
