Derived from the Sligo gate design the pattern was modified to an arch for this project. The client required matching entrance and exit gates with lamps. To avoid rebuilding the low brick piers the top half of wrought piers were fitted within the brick pillars and the brickwork built up around them. Solid steel sections with hot forged scrollwork and large prominent rivets.
